Candidly, Jackye is also one of my favorite people in the recruiting industry. She’s a regular at conferences and isn’t afraid to hold back what’s on her mind.
Fun fact: Jackye was a contestant on CBS’s “The Amazing Race”, which in hindsight I should have asked her if recruiting is a marathon or a sprint. Anyways, check out what metric Jackye believes in.
