That’s the number one question I get from people.

Well, besides what ATS and AI sourcing tools I recommend...

But what do I do? I uplift and upskill the recruiting industry. One conversation at a time.

Why?

Because years back I kept running into recruiters who didn’t know who Gerry Crispin was. And that’s a problem.

So I quit my job to build a recruiting media company and recruiting agency that focuses on storytelling and placing elite talent into startups.

And I’m thrilled to be invited back to RecFest USA for the third year in a row to host RL100 with my friend Maureen Wiley Clough, host a conversation with Pin.com - AI Recruiting founder and CEO Steven Lu on October 16th at 1:15 p.m. to Legit Check AI sourcing tools, film content with some of the industry’s brightest and activate the Built In and Findem booths with my friends 💫 Natalie Stones and Haley (Russo) Petricca, MPH, host a private dinner with my friends Antonio Miguel Javiniar and Jonathan Wigodsky at Teamtailor with a star-studded guest list, and of course, take the Innovate stage on October 15th at 4:30 p.m. where I’ll present on “AI Washing” and everything you need to know about shopping for AI in recruiting tech.

Because Gerry is speaking at the same time, 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 15th on the Inspire Stage.

And his talk is far more important than mine. So I’m serious. Do not come to my talk. Heck, I might not even go to mine either.
